Only clubs affiliated with their respective national federations recognized by UFAK (Union of African Karate Federations) are eligible to participate. 

Participating clubs are required to submit their official athlete lists through their respective in-country secretaries and complete registration through the official channels before the established deadline.

Registration of athletes, Coaches, and all Officials must be submitted during the initial pre-tournament registration window. Substitutions or changes to registered members are only permitted under exceptional medical circumstances and must be cleared by the Technical Director before tournament begins.

All matches are conducted in strict accordance with World Karate Federation (WKF) competition rules, covering kata execution, kumite scoring, and refereeing structures.
